I will participate in the “Tampa Riverwalk Trick or Treat” event to be held along the Tampa Riverwalk on October 25, 2025. I understand that I am to have at least 2 staff members and 6,000 pieces of candy or treats to hand out to the children that come by our identified trick-or-treat location. Set-up begins at 2 pm and a 6’ table and 2 chairs will be provided. I also understand that we are responsible for cleaning up our trick-or-treat station at the end of the event and discarding any trash left behind. Lastly, I will not hand out or otherwise provide any literature, pamphlets, flyers or other written materials to children, family members, or other adults, guardians, or supervisors that may attend the event without prior written event organizer permission.
