Teacher Appreciation Day presented by TECO
Join us for Teacher Appreciation Day presented by TECO Tampa Electric at the Tampa Bay History Center on Saturday, August 29, as we celebrate the beginning of a new school year and recognize the incredible work of educators throughout our community. History Center Education Department staff will be on site to welcome teachers with complimentary museum admission, refreshments, networking opportunities, and access to a variety of educational materials and classroom resources.
Throughout the museum, History Center representatives will be available to showcase the opportunities we offer educators, including field trips, outreach programming, digital resources, and Social Studies content enhancement opportunities designed to support classroom learning.
Pre-registration is required. Teachers with a valid school ID will qualify for up to two complimentary adult and youth admission tickets.
