Costume Contest Judges
We are so excited to welcome Holly O’Connor and Miguel Fuller of the Miguel & Holly Show as hosts and judges for the Riverwalk Trick-or-Treat Costume Contest, alongside Mayor Jane Castor! This star-studded judging panel will bring plenty of fun, energy and personality to the event as they help us celebrate and crown this year’s best costumes.
