The concert series is made up of several local top bands and a DJ playing both days of Tampa RiverFest. All bands will play on the main stage in Curtis Hixon Park. Frequency Band is comprised of energetic, well-seasoned musicians who have performed and toured world wide with Grammy award winning artists. The band’s live performances are high-energy and crowd interactive! Complete with a 3 piece horn section their formula is simple, play the songs people want to hear and give them a performance to remember!
The group met through mutual friends and connections and over the past few years have ironed out an incredible lineup! Everyone can be considered a weapon individually, but when they come together a perfect “harmony” is formed. Which is why the groups vocal range and dynamic is one of their strongest features to the audience! All members sing and can take on many different styles. With members from 4 different countries, the bands versatility is truly obvious.
Actual Bank Robbers is an indie pop-rock band whose alternative-meets-pop sound has become a favorite of Tampa audiences. Their debut album Checklist was released in 2016 and earned them a spot in Nashville’s Whiskey Jam, a headlining show at Busch Gardens Tampa, a finalist slot in Hard Rock Tampa’s Hard Rock Rising competition, opening act slots for acts such as Magic Giant and Wheatus, and features in several online publications.
Soul is what it’s all about with this passionate quartet! As an International Blues Challenge Finalist, 3 time winner of Creative Loafing’s Best of the Bay, and opener for artists such as Mavis Staples, Lucky Peterson, Jimmy Thackery, Marcia Ball, Southern Hospitality, and The Meter Men, Betty Fox is a one of a kind show stopper!
“VISION” is a fun music group that hails from beautiful Sanford, Fl. The group is led by band leader Brandan Gaines (keyboard player), who hopes to connect with all demographics of people through a diverse selection of music. Their musical shows consist of a high-energy mix of R&B, classic hip hop, and Top 40 that is sure to keep you on your feet and wanting more!
The Caliente Band has gained the reputation of being one of the hottest crossover latin bands in the country. Notable for bringing explosive energy to each and every event. Lead by renowned entertainment producer Lorenzo Torrez, musicians are carefully selected to create a team of entertainers that deliver the ultimate experience. The band best known for their riveting performers and top notch musicians. Their blend of creativity makes the sound unique exclusive.
